Director of Health Services - Elizabeth F. Paul
Provides management and supervision of staff, programs. services, and resources of the Health Centre on a daily basis. Report and makes recommendations to Council regarding health needs & priorities; develop, implement and evaluate policies & procedures to address long and short term goals.

Early Intervention Worker- Sunshine Bernard
The Program provides early intervention in the lives of Millbrook children and families with special needs. Programs are offered to families to promote healthy child development through parenting skills enhancement and access to community resources.

Home and Community Care (IHCC) Nurse - Suzette MacLeod
The HCC Nurse plans and implements the activities of an effective in-home care service to Millbrook residents based on a standardized assessment. Support to promote independent living for clients. Provides foot care to home care patients and other eligible clients. Accredited workers are contracted by the HCC program to provide quality personal care services to aboriginal people living on Millbrook First Nation.

Millbrook Addictions Counselor - Peter Gloade
Provides Prevention Programs to all age groups in the community with an emphasis on Youth . Refers clients to withdrawal management programs and treatment services as well as referral to aftercare in the community.

Community Health Nurse (CHN) - Cindy Ryan
The CHN provides nursing services to enhance the health and well-being of Millbrook residents. Provides a maternal and child health program, health education programs, and the mandatory communicable disease and immunization programs. Provides some treatment and referral for home nursing services as necessary in the community.
 
Community Health Representative (CHR) - Lavinia Brooks
The CHR organizes the Elders Adult day program activities, works with the HCC nurse to coordinate the program, and supervise the
Staff. Provide access to programs to the community which include healthy living i.e. weight loss and smoking cessation programs. Provides community with current health information and advocacy when required.

Community Support and Family Enrichment Worker
The program provides support services and advocacy for single parents. It also provides social support for families to help them enhance their coping skills within the school & community environment. Provides support services to mentally challenged clients. Back-up for Millbrook Addictions Counselor.

Admin. Assistant / Community Based Water Monitor - Valerie Julian-Meader
The staff person is responsible for monitoring and reporting water safety in the community.  Also provides administrative support to all program staff as needed. Records Staff attendance and leave. Preparing requisitions for submission to Finance department for payment.

Health Clerk/Receptionist - Jane Johnson
Provides all reception duties for the Health Centre. Schedules appointments for all the medical related clinics. Notifies patients of specialist appointments. Provides administrative support to medical staff daily. Maintains confidential medical files of Clinic patients.

Wellness Coordinator - Chris Nasson
Arranges family activities to promote physical, social, mental and spiritual wellness. Coordinates Injury Prevention and Safety Programs in the community. Promotes awareness of Federal Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. The community feasts and celebrations are arranged by the Wellness Coordinator and volunteers.

Youth Support Worker- Colin Bernard
The program provides support to elementary and junior high age children through the Virtues program in schools and in the community. The "'Klubs for Kids" and "Time for Teens" projects have children and teens take part in various activities they would not have access to usually . The programs for youth promote healthy development through physical activity. Coordinates religious education and events.

Gym Supervisor- Vernon Gloade The Gym Supervisor provides a safe environment for the programmed activities at the Millbrook Community Gymnasium. The gym programs will include activities for both children and adults.

Fitness Centre
The part-time staff ensure the safety of clients using the Millbrook Fitness Centre, and check the equipment to ensure proper maintenance.
